摘要： 多囊卵巢综合征（polycystic ovary syndrome， PCOS）是女性常见的内分泌疾病。多囊卵巢综合征常见于青春期发病，且其临床表现和体征与青春期正常发育有相似之处，因此如何判别青春期的多囊卵巢综合征，做到早期诊断和早期治疗，防治远期并发症的发生，是临床诊治的关键。

Abstract: Polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS） is the most common endocrine disorder in women. This syndrome often occurs in perimenarcheal girls. Some of the pathological features of adolescent PCOS are often similar to the physiological changes of puberty. It is important to make early diagnoses and early treatment for these patients，which is helpful to prevent the long term complications of adolescent PCOS.
