摘要： 目前对反复体外受精失败（repeated IVF failures）的定义尚不明确，反复IVF 失败涉及的因素多而复杂，主要受配子质量、胚胎质量欠佳、子宫内膜容受性减低以及多重因素的交互影响。全面筛查相关因素并针对性处理，可有助于提高胚胎着床率和临床妊娠率，改善反复体外受精失败患者的预后。

Abstract: The definition of repeated IVF failures is unclear. Factors involved in repeated IVF failures mainly include the bad gametes quality，poor embryo quality，reduced endometrial receptivity, and the interaction of multiple unexplained factors. Comprehensive screening of the relevant factors together with thetargeted treatment can contribute to increase the embryo implantation and clinical pregnancy rates，and improve the prognosis of patients undergoing repeated IVF failures.
