摘要: 囊性纤维化跨膜传导调节因子(CFTR)是一种cAMP依赖的氯离子通道蛋白,广泛表达于各组织的上皮细胞,介导离子和水分在上皮细胞的分泌和转运。CFTR基因突变会导致囊性纤维症的发生,对生殖的影响主要表现在男性先天性输精管缺如和精子发生缺陷,女性囊性纤维症患者的生育能力下降。CFTR在雌性和雄性生殖道的上皮细胞广泛表达,并与各种生殖事件有密切联系。主要介绍CFTR的生理功能及其在精子发生、精子获能、受精、胎盘着床和胚胎早期发育等一系列生殖事件中的作用及机制。

Abstract: The cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator(CFTR), expressed in epithelial cells of a wide variety of tissues, is a cAMP-dependent chloride channel. It mediated secretion and transportion of anions and water at epithelial cells. Mutations in the gene encoding CFTR cause cystic fribrosis, with congenital absence of the vas deferens and spermatogenesis failure in male patients and reduced fertility in female patients. CFTR is expressed in a wide variety of epithelial cells in male and female reproductive tracts with an important role in reproductive health. In this paper, we discussed the physiological role of CFTR in reproduction, such as spermatogenesis, sperm capacitation, implantation and early embryo development.
