摘要： 芹菜素（apigenin，4，5，7-三羟基黄酮）是一种常见的黄酮类化合物，具有广泛的药理作用。芹菜素可通过多种机制、多条途径抑制生殖系统肿瘤细胞的生长、侵袭，能够诱导肿瘤细胞发生凋亡。同时也有雌激素样作用，对睾丸组织有一定的损伤作用，通过下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴影响内分泌系统调节。然而，芹菜素生物学活性研究大多处于体外实验和动物模型阶段，因此，对芹菜素的作用机制及其临床作用还需进一步深入研究。

Abstract: Apigenin，a common flavonoid，has extensive pharmacological activities. Apigenin inhibits growth and invasion of tumor cells of urogenital system through a variety of mechanisms and multiple pathways. Apigenin can also induce apoptosis of tumor cells. Meanwile，apigenin has a harmful effect on testis because of its estrogenic activity. Apigenin regulates the endocrine system by the hypothalamus-pituitary-gonadal axis. However，studies on the biological activity of apigenin are mostly in vitro or at animal model stage，and many mechanisms are still unclear. Therefore，it is necessary to study further the pharmacological effects and mechanisms for the further development of apigenin and its clinical application.
